Full name, business name, EIN/SSN, date of birth, phone number, email address, physical address, and online identifiers such as IP address and device identifiers.
b. Financial information
Business bank account information, business and personal credit history and scores, deposit history, monthly revenue, existing debt obligations, payment processor data (when authorized by you), and information from third-party data providers we use to assess creditworthiness.
c. Commercial information
Information about the financing products you have inquired about or received, communications with our team, and any documents you provide (driver's license, voided check, bank statements, business formation documents, tax-related documents you elect to share).

We share personal information only with parties necessary to deliver the services you request and to comply with the law:
- Service providers — payment processors, ACH originators, cloud infrastructure providers, identity verification services, bank-data aggregators (such as Plaid), credit bureaus, and fraud-prevention vendors — bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations.
