These terms govern the text messaging program operated by GOLIATH INVESTMENTS INC.. By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
We send text messages concerning your funding application only — application status updates, requests for additional information or documents, and responses to inquiries you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
2. Opting in
Consent is given by checking the optional SMS consent box on our funding application form. The box is unchecked by default, it is separate from any other agreement or acknowledgment on the form, and your application can be submitted without checking it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services or funding. We record the date, time, and method of each opt-in, and we do not text applicants who leave the box unchecked.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your application.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opting out (STOP)
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing admin@goliathinvestments.net or calling (305) 632-2119.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

8. Carriers and delivery
